Job Description

We are currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Sweeper/Scrubber Operator in Royal Palm Beach, FL. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, flexible and has reliable transportation. This is a fantastic opportunity to join 4M Building Solutions.

Responsibilities/Duties

• Use a ride‑on sweeper scrubber to clean warehouse floors.
• Pick up debris, sweep and mop designated warehouse areas, and clean handrails & Guardrails.
• Assist with janitorial cleaning as needed in break rooms and restrooms.

Required Skills

• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work flexibly and independently.
• Capable of meeting physical requirements such as lifting, bending and standing for the duration of shift.
• Clean background check and drug screen.
• Some janitorial experience is preferred; training will be provided.
