Alldus is partnering with a fast-growing fintech startup in San Francisco to hire a Founding Software Engineer. You will work closely with the CEO to drive growth, develop innovative features and launch new products in a deep learning and fraud-detection space.

The role spans frontend to backend, with ownership of architecture and culture as a core founding team member. You will prototype rapidly using Python and shape scalable systems from day one.

Qualifikationen

• Track record of delivering production-ready code.
• Experience across full stack from UI to database.
• Leadership experience as tech lead or manager.
• Interest in fintech is a plus.

Our client, a fast-growing FinTech startup, are hiring a Founding Software Engineer to join the team in San Francisco. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO to drive the company’s growth, develop innovative features, launch new products and tackle complex challenges in the deep learning and fraud detection space.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and core team to conceptualise, develop and launch innovative products.
• Own end-to-end development across the stack, from frontend user experiences to backend systems and database design.
• Rapidly prototype, test and iterate using Python and other tools to solve real-world problems.
• Shape both the technical architecture and the company’s culture as a key founding team member.

Skillset

• Demonstrated technical excellence with a proven history of delivering high-quality, production-ready code.
• Versatile across the engineering stack, from frontend improvements to backend architecture.
• Prior experience as a tech lead or engineering manager.
• Previous experience working in Fintech is a plus.
• Passion for deep learning and AI-driven solutions.
