Job summary

Swatch Group in Orlando, FL is hiring a Retail Keyholder to support the sales team and deliver exceptional customer service. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and help drive sales while maintaining store standards and visual merchandising.

As a keyholder, you will lead by example, work with the team to meet and exceed goals, and participate in training on our watches and services. The role offers a base plus commission structure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a Keyholder or lead sales position.
