Swatch Denver is seeking an experienced retail associate with Keyholder background to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service. The role includes greeting customers, leveraging product knowledge, and maintaining store presentation. Compensation includes base pay plus commission and an hourly rate.

This position is on-site at 3000 1st Avenue, Denver, CO 80206. Ideal candidates have 2 years in a lead sales role, a customer‑first mindset, teamwork, and the energy to meet sales targets

Job Description

Ideal candidate will have retail sales experience, as well as Keyholder background. This position must possess exceptional customer service skills and a demeaner that embodies a great sense of approachability. Candidate should also have the ability to meet or exceed sales objectives and possess a strong desire to learn about our timepieces and looking to become an essential member of our team.

Hourly Rate: $18.50 - $20.50/Hrly. (Plus Commission)

Professional Requirements

• 2 years of experience in a Key holder or lead sales position

• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
