Northrop Grumman Space Systems (NGSP) is seeking a highly motivated Software Integration and Test Engineer (Level 2) or Principal Software Integration and Test Engineer (Level 3) to join our diverse Ground Systems Software Integration and Test team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in reading and understanding requirements and software design documentation to create comprehensive integration tests, have experience in testing frameworks, integration test development, and understand modern development pipelines. Familiarity with Kubernetes environments and automated test reporting is highly desirable.
This position will be at our site in Redondo Beach, CA. Other supported locations include Linthicum, MD; Aurora, CO; and Morrisville, NC, and requires being on‑site only – no remote or hybrid work.
Key Responsibilities
This position is contingent upon successful capture of program award(s), acquisition and retention of customer or business funding, and holding of final security clearances prior to start date.

Primary Level Salary Range: $73,900.00 - $110,900.00
Secondary Level Salary Range: $91,200.00 - $136,800.00
The above salary ranges represent a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate’s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses reward individual contributions and allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long-Term Incentives. Northrop Grumman also provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, company-paid holidays and paid time off for vacation and/or personal business.
