Job summary

SVS Vision is seeking an entry-level Optical Manufacturing Assistant in Michigan. No prior experience required—we provide training to help you grow with our growing Midwest optical company.

You will perform precise lens work under supervision, learn mounting, polishing, and coating processes, and contribute to delivering high-quality vision products to patients. Ideal candidates enjoy hands-on work, have good hand-eye coordination, and a careful eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in optical manufacturing is preferred but not required; training is provided.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail are essential.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong patient-care mindset and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
