LPL Financial is seeking an SVP, Premium Service in Fort Mill to lead a high-performing service organization. You will shape strategy, oversee talent, and drive a differentiated advisor experience across the Premium service model.

You will build scalable processes and partner across the firm to deepen advisor loyalty, fuel growth, and deliver meaningful business outcomes with a workforce of 350+ full-time employees. This is a highly visible leadership role.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in a contact center, preferably in financial services.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale service organizations serving high-value clients, advisors, or relationship-driven customer segments.
  • Experience designing and evolving differentiated service models that improve client satisfaction, retention, and business growth.
  • Strong understanding of the wealth management industry and the needs of financial advisors.
  • FINRA Series 7 and 24 licenses, or the ability to obtain them upon hire.

You will be accountable for delivering a differentiated, relationship-driven experience that deepens advisor loyalty, drives growth, and reinforces LPL's position as the partner of choice for advisors. This includes setting strategy for Premium Service, evolving a scalable service model that combines exceptional talent, advisor-centric processes, and enabling technology, and ensuring your organization consistently delivers outcomes that matter most to advisors.
