Qualifications

• Significant progressive leadership experience in finance and accounting, ideally at the VP, SVP, or CFO level.
• Strong real estate industry experience, including property-level financial reporting and multi-entity accounting.
• Experience in a sophisticated institutional environment with an entrepreneurial, hands-on approach.
• CPA designation and public accounting experience is preferred.
• Experience using technology, data analytics, and financial systems to improve reporting and decision-making.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a strategic financial adviser and business partner to the CEO and executive leadership.
• Develop comprehensive financial and operational reporting showing profitability, cash flow, and investment returns.
• Connect financial and business data to identify trends and forecast performance.
• Partner with operations, asset management, and tech teams to establish KPIs and dashboards.
• Oversee monthly close and ensure timely consolidated statements and audits.
