Job summary

New Edge Associates is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Lender to generate new business, manage an existing loan portfolio, and build strong client and referral relationships in the South Florida market.

You will originate CRE loans, meet annual production goals, evaluate opportunities with underwriting, present requests to credit committees, oversee closing and funding, and supervise lending staff to ensure policy compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of lending experience with a South Florida bank.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong credit analysis, loan structuring, and underwriting knowledge.
• Strong business development, relationship management, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel locally for client meetings and business development.
