Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail or customer-oriented experience preferred.
• Excellent people skills—you are approachable, engaging and friendly.
• Fastidious attention to detail and enthusiasm to maintain brand aesthetic.
• Ability to foster customer connections in store and community.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, holidays, minimum 16 hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Provide an unparalleled customer experience for every Rothy’s customer.
• Own day-to-day customer interactions—in-store and online.
• Support Retail Manager and Assistant Manager in operational duties.
• Develop expert-level understanding of products and processes.
• Elevate customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
