Job summary

Summit Recommerce Group (SRG) operates Kid to Kid Winston Salem and is hiring buyers. You will inspect items, price and inventory them, and help keep the store organized and shoppable. Roles offer cross-training across store operations and a path for advancement within our network of nearly 30 locations.

Roles can be part-time or full-time with flexible scheduling to fit your life. You’ll join a founder-led leadership team focused on sustainability and community impact, with a monthly bonus

Qualifications

• Experience in retail store ops and customer service.
• Comfort with cash handling and POS systems.
• Ability to price and organize inventory efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Presort incoming clothes, toys, and equipment from community vendors.
• Use the store computer system to buy and price items.
• Organize racks, tag and hang clothing.
• Test toys and assemble equipment.
• Ring up customers at the register and educate sellers.
• Assist with social media posts to promote listings.
