Qualifications

• Injection molding experience and mechanical aptitude required.
• Basic math skills needed for measurements and QC tasks.
• Ability to learn procedures and follow SOPs.

• Team player with willingness to support green manufacturing goals.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines and set up molds.
• Monitor production for quality and efficiency.
• Assist team members and technicians as needed.
• Install molds and follow setup procedures.
• Inspect parts, perform trimming and labeling as required.
• Handle material mixing and recycling of scrap material.
• Package and label finished products for shipment.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance on machines.
• Troubleshoot simple issues and escalate complex problems.
• Follow safety protocols and keep workspace hazard-free.
