Job summary

Blue Ocean Mariculture, LLC. is seeking a Processing & Distribution Team Member to support daily operations in Kailua, HI.

The role focuses on safe handling, processing, storage, packaging, and timely delivery of the company’s sashimi-grade Kanpachi products. The position requires physical stamina, adherence to safety and biosecurity standards, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to follow safety, biosecurity and cold-chain procedures.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in hot outdoor environments.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Process, pack, label and prepare product to quality standards.
• Receive, store, move and deliver products and inventory per procedures.
• Prepare customer orders for shipment with accurate records.
• Operate company vehicles, forklift and equipment per training.
• Assist with inventory counts and tracking activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, sanitary work area and equipment.
