EILEEN FISHER is seeking Sales Associates in Denver to welcome customers and share the brand's philosophy of sustainability and timeless design. You will drive exceptional service, assist with merchandising, and operate in a fast-paced environment on the selling floor.

Responsibilities include using technology to serve customers, performing routine store duties, and adhering to EF visual standards while supporting the company’s purpose and values. Competitive benefits accompany the base pay.

Qualifications

• Retail experience or service industry background.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Dedication to creating excellent customer experience.
• Open-minded attitude towards experiencing our Brand and product, stylishly wardrobing self and customers.
• Ability to adapt quickly and react positively to business needs and changes in strategies.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. at floor level and/or team lift when necessary.
• Ability to climb short/tall ladders, twist, bend, and stoop to retrieve items from floor, shelves, and hooks.
• Flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Share positive energy and create an atmosphere of possibility with customers; promote our philosophy, values, and support our purpose and strategic objectives.
• Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with exceptional customer service skills on the selling floor.
• Use new technology and embrace all avenues of distribution to service our customer.
• Perform merchandising duties including steaming, folding, and displaying product according to EF visual standards.
• Perform light cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and well-organized space (vacuuming, dusting, floor sweeping, etc.).
• Perform open and close out procedures as needed.
• Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
