Agropur seeks a Sustainability Project Manager - Value Chain to lead environmental and social initiatives across the dairy value chain at Eden Prairie, MN (and Appleton, WI). You will work with commercial, supply chain, and sustainability teams to implement programs, measure progress, and drive value for customers and stakeholders.

This role emphasizes cross-functional partnerships, data-driven reporting, and delivering ROI while advancing Agropur's sustainability priorities with internal teams

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years in food or related industries
Experience in sustainability initiatives and project delivery
Customer-facing and stakeholder engagement experience

Responsibilities

Manage sustainability commitments with global teams and focus on supply chain emissions
Collaborate with Category, Sales, and Operations to implement plans
Develop tools, metrics, and reporting for sustainability performance
Engage stakeholders to advance sustainability initiatives and ROI assessments
Build relationships with executives and operations leaders
Advise senior management on ways to support goals
