• Works with commercial, supply chain, and sustainability teams to implement initiatives
• Supports customer and industry commitments, measures performance, and advances sustainability outcomes with customers, suppliers, and other key stakeholders
• Manages sustainability commitments and customer engagement initiatives with global workstream teams
• Partners with Category, Sales, and Operations teams to support sustainability strategy implementation
• Develops and maintains tools, metrics, and reporting processes to evaluate, measure, and monitor sustainability performance

Qualifications

• 5+ years, ideally of mixed experience in the food industry, business development, client relations, and project management
