Job summary

The Beck Group, headquartered in Dallas, seeks a Sustainability Manager to advance building performance across diverse projects. You will guide sustainability goals, coordinate with teams, and ensure compliance with rating systems such as LEED and WELL.

Ideal candidates bring a LEED AP, 3+ years of sustainability project management, and proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Bluebeam Revu, and MS Office. This role offers a hybrid/potential on-site environment at our Dallas HQ with strong growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, building science, or related field.
• LEED AP certification required.
• At least 3 years’ experience as a sustainability project manager.
• Proficient in MS Office, Revit, SketchUp and Bluebeam Revu.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers and stakeholders to set sustainability goals.
• Monitor local, state and federal regulations and rating systems (LEED, WELL) for project compliance.
• Lead and manage third‑party certification processes for projects.
• Produce documentation for green building ordinances and certifications.
• Oversee project resources, schedules and budgets aligned with sustainability objectives.
• Train and mentor Sustainability Coordinators and interns.
• Analyze annual greenhouse gas emissions data and report for the firm.
