Job summary

Neuberger is seeking an experienced Research Analyst to advance stock selection within the Equity Impact team. The role collaborates with Global Equity Research and Data Science to deliver investment ideas rooted in fundamental and sustainability research.

You will support portfolio construction, engage with management and experts, and contribute to reporting on sustainable outcomes. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in equities research, strong modeling and valuation skills, and a keen interest

Qualifications

Minimum of 5+ years of investment banking, sell-side or buy-side research experience in equities.
Strong fundamentals in company analysis, financial modeling, valuation and industry assessments.
Prior experience or interest in sustainable investing and related frameworks.
Excellent analytical and presentation skills with clear communication.
Highly organized with multi-project management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Drive stock selection via research coverage and recommendations; contribute to portfolio construction.
Conduct fundamental and sustainability due diligence on potential investments; engage with portfolio holdings.
Report on sustainable outcomes; use findings to shape positions, risk, and diversification.
Perform financial modelling, valuation and regular communication with management and sell-side analysts.
