Job summary

Shaw Industries Group, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Sustainability Engagement to strengthen strategic customer relationships and translate sustainability into measurable business value across Shaw’s portfolio.

You will lead partnerships with customers, A&D firms, and industry influencers, while guiding the translation of sustainability strategy into outcomes for the marketplace. The role emphasizes leadership across sales, marketing, and business units, with a focus on embedding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven track record in sustainability, customer engagement, and strategy.
• Experience building trusted senior-level relationships and influencing diverse stakeholders.
• Established relationships within built environment and sustainability communities.
• Strong business acumen to connect technical sustainability concepts with customer priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build executive-level relationships with customers, A&D firms, and strategic partners to strengthen Shaw's market position.
• Partner with business leaders to translate sustainability strategy into measurable outcomes for customers.
• Represent Shaw at executive engagements, conferences, and industry events as a sustainability ambassador.
• Monitor customer expectations, competitive activity, and sustainability trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Translate market insights into actionable recommendations to strengthen enterprise sustainability and business strategy.
• Co-develop scalable tools and resources to educate customers and strengthen sustainability understanding across the organization.
