Job summary

Axiom is seeking ESG Attorneys to advise on sustainability, ESG, and climate-related legal risks for top Fortune 500 clients. You will support ESG reporting and ensure alignment with evolving global standards.

You will partner with compliance, finance, and operations to embed sustainability into governance and strategy, and monitor regulatory developments to translate them into actionable guidance.

Qualifications

  • Must be licensed and in good standing as an attorney in at least one US jurisdiction.
  • 7+ years of experience in ESG, sustainability, environmental, or corporate governance law (law firm or in-house).
  • Strong familiarity with ESG frameworks and regulations (e.g., SEC climate rules, CSRD, SASB/ISSB, TCFD).
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.

We are currently seeking ESG Attorneys to work with our top F500 clients.

  • Monitor legal and regulatory developments on climate, human rights, and supply chain due diligence, and translate them into actionable guidance

Compensation:

The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year.Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs. Employees may be eligible for additional benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance; paid holidays and PTO; flexible work arrangements; and professional development opportunities and tools.
