SEGULA Technologies in Auburn Hills, MI is seeking a Suspension Design & Release Engineer to own end-to-end design, packaging, engineering development, timing, and production release of chassis suspension components and sub-systems.
The role collaborates with CAE, Vehicle Integration, and Quality teams across vehicle programs, ensuring performance, durability, NVH, and manufacturability from architecture to production.
The Suspension Design & Release Engineer is responsible for the end-to-end design, packaging, engineering development, timing, and production release of chassis suspension components and sub-systems (e.g., control arms, springs, dampers, anti-roll bars, knuckles, and bushings). This role leads component-level execution to satisfy vehicle functional objectives, driving dynamics, durability, and NVH performance across all vehicle development phases—from advanced architecture to full production launch.
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or equivalent.
3 to 8 years of experience in automotive chassis product development, specifically in suspension components or sub-systems.
