Job Summary

The Sushi Team Leader supervises and runs the Genji location within Whole Foods Market. This role is responsible for establishing goals and objectives for the location while maximizing guest satisfaction and ensuring full responsibility for store operations.

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales through excellent operations and marketing execution.
  • Control profit and loss.

  • Perform business analysis.

Qualifications
  • Minimum one (1) year of restaurant or similar leadership experience.
  • Motivational leader capable of supervising and developing professionals.
  • Strong experience in hiring store employees, delegating assignments, hands‑on training, monitoring and evaluating performance, and initiating corrective and disciplinary actions.
  • Strong Microsoft Office and computer knowledge.
  • Able to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Quick learner, goal‑oriented, results driven.

Compensation

$20.00 - $25.00 USD Hourly.
