Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in fast-paced kitchens is a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant cleanliness.
• Willingness to learn and prep sushi by Kura standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble sushi and other menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food-safety protocols.
• Assist line cooks and prep cooks as needed.
• Stock, organize and label workstation and ingredients.
