Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise sushi department staff and enforce policies.
• Manage schedules, training, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Handle invoices, department reports, inventory and supply orders.
• Prepare sushi per recipes and ensure proper presentation.
• Greet customers and provide standard customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of department area.
