Qualifications

• Experience in handling and portioning fish
• Knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant cleanliness
• Able to learn and apply Kura sushi standards

Responsibilities

• Cut, trim and portion fish accurately according to standards
• Prepare and portion fish for service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep area
