Job summary

MLT Systems seeks a T&E Analyst - Survivability & Reporting (on-site) to perform survivability analysis, documentation, and reporting for the Amphibious Combat Vehicle program in the Stafford, VA area. The role emphasizes planning, coordination, and execution of survivability testing and associated deliverables.

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in a related technical field and USMC program experience, with a preference for active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Applied Science, or related technical field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience supporting United States Marine Corps (USMC) ground combat or amphibious vehicle programs.
• Active Secret Clearance preferred. Ability to obtain Secret Clearance required.
• Strong written communication skills and experience producing technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support survivability‑related assessments using existing Live Fire data and other test data.
• Draft and update Test Plans, Observation Reports, and Service Reports per CD RL A012.
• Coordinate IPTs, TRRs, and technical meetings; prepare agendas and minutes.
• Maintain survivability‑related issue trackers and data matrices.
• Collaborate with government, vendor, and engineering stakeholders to align test documentation.
