We are a rapidly growing surveying company based in Akron, USA and we are seeking a skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our team. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting accurate surveys of land and properties using various specialized equipment and software. This is a full‑time position with a salary of $1400 per month. Please note that this is a full‑time position without accommodation.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct surveys of land and properties using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
• Analyze survey data and create detailed reports, maps, and drawings
• Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
• Ensure accuracy and precision in all survey measurements
• Maintain equipment in good working condition and perform regular calibration checks
• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while conducting surveys

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Surveyor
• Proficient in using total stations, GPS receivers, laser scanners, and other surveying equipment
• Extensive knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and software such as AutoCAD or GIS
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and team members

Preferred:

• Professional licensed Surveyor (PLS)
• Experience working on construction or development projects
