Job summary

Topographic, Inc. seeks a Survey Technician – QC to ensure accuracy, standards, and consistency across multiple client survey products.

You will examine data, redline corrections, highlight verified information, and return PDFs to the source to complete drafting requests on time.

The role requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to read maps and title reports, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

  • Redline corrections and highlight verified data thereby noting any missing details required on the plats to fulfill the drafting request and maintain standards.
  • Return redline pdf, via email, to designated source for appropriate corrections/updates to be completed.
  • Work in conjunction with team to progress through the queue to uphold timelines and meet deadlines.
  • Coordinate with drafters, other qc, and PM’s to deliver jobs correctly.

JOB SUMMARY

The Survey Technician – QC will ensure the accuracy, standards, quality, and congruency of multiple products to fulfill job requests of the clients.

INTER-RELATIONSHIPS

Employees, Managers, and Supervisors throughout the corporation, and various external customers, vendors, consultants, and governmental regulatory officials.

MAJOR TASKS
  • Examine multiple products to verify information is accurate to the project/survey data,
  • Redline corrections and highlight verified data thereby noting any missing details required on the plats to fulfill the drafting request and maintain standards,
  • Return redline pdf, via email, to designated source for appropriate corrections/updates to be completed.
  • Work in conjunction with team to progress through the queue to uphold timelines and meet deadlines,

STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE

Topographic OM, Inc. in office Standard business hours is Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm.

The specific schedule for this role will be based on location and department.

WORK AUTHORIZATION/SECURITY CLEARANCE

Must be authorized to work in the United States.

TRAVEL

Travel to worksites may be required.
