Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area and Beyond (eastern U.S.)
We are seeking an entry-level, detail-oriented Survey Technician to join our growing team of BIM professionals. This is a W-2 temporary direct‑hire position for six (6) months with a full benefits package, and an opportunity to convert to a permanent role based on performance, workload needs, and team fit.
In this role, you will support our data acquisition efforts through 3D laser scanning, point cloud processing, and surveying tasks. You will work alongside experienced team members to capture and organize spatial data that supports BIM modeling, design verification, and as‑built documentation.
At the end of the six-month term, high-performing team members may be considered for conversion to a permanent role. Conversion consideration is typically based on reliability, safety, quality/accuracy, learning progression, teamwork, and ongoing workload demand.
