C.T. Male Associates, an employee-owned multi-discipline engineering, surveying, and architectural firm, seeks a Survey Services Division Manager to lead and grow the Survey Division across New York and surrounding states.

You will manage a team of 34 survey professionals and expand the division through strong leadership and business development. In this leadership role, you will oversee operations, staffing, budgets, and client relationships while leveraging advanced surveying technologies to

Qualifications

• NY State P.L.S. licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in other states.
• 15+ years of progressively responsible surveying experience.
• Proven experience managing survey projects, teams and client relationships.
• Strong business development and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication, organizational and decision-making skills.
• Experience developing budgets, strategic plans, and growth initiatives.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Lead operations, direction and performance of the Survey Division to meet quality standards.
• Oversee staffing, resource allocation and scheduling for project utilization.
• Recruit, coach and develop division staff for career growth.
• Lead business development, proposals and client relationships for the division.
• Serve as Project Manager on designated projects and guide teams through life cycle.
• Oversee adoption of drone and LiDAR technologies in surveying.
• Monitor budgets, profitability, billings and division metrics.
• Foster accountability, teamwork, professionalism and client service excellence.
