KPFF Consulting Engineers seeks a licensed Land Surveyor to lead our Survey group in Northern California, overseeing field and office teams and expanding a Bay Area practice with guidance from the San Francisco Civil leadership.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of experience, CA licensure, and a proven ability to manage complex projects, market services, and travel as required. The role offers competitive pay and bonuses within a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of survey experience with leadership experience.
• Licensed California Land Surveyor with strong professional reputation.
• Experience in surveying workflows and QA/QC.
• Proven ability to market services to clients.
• Valid driver’s license for travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of surveyors.
• Develop marketing strategies to engage clients.
• Write project proposals and coordinate with clients.
• Act as surveyor of record for Northern California projects.
