Kiewit Offshore Services is seeking a Survey Manager to lead field survey operations and oversee dimensional control programs. The role emphasizes hands-on field work, accurate data collection, and team leadership within the Ingleside, TX facility.

You will manage field crews, apply Leica Total Station methods, and ensure milestones and budgets are met while maintaining a strong safety culture and high-quality results. This is a full-time, on-site position in the Texas coast region.

Competenze

• At least 1+ years' experience in Dimensional Control, Industrial Measurement, Construction Survey, or related field.
• Experience with Leica Total Station and field survey operations.
• Strong computer skills (Excel/Word) and data recording.
• Ability to lead, mentor and manage field teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; safety-focused and reliable.

Position Overview

As a Survey Manager at KOS, you will play an integral role in establishing and maintaining methods for safe, accurate and efficient Survey/Dimensional Control operations. You will have responsibilities over field survey operations, and should plan to spend the majority of your time in the field performing surveying operations.

District Overview

Kiewit Offshore Services, a district (or business unit) of Kiewit Corporation that builds structurally complex jackets and topsides for offshore oil drilling rigs. This position will be initially based out of Kiewit Offshore Services Ingleside, TX location.

Qualifications

• At least 1+ years' experience in Dimensional Control, Industrial Measurement, Construction Survey, or a related field is required
• GPS experience is a plus
• Strong computer skills (excel/word)
• Must be able to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry to perform calculations (area, volume, circumference, proportion, percentage)
• Dynamic thinker with the desire to lead, motivate and mentor teams
• Self-starter with the ability to set standards of excellence in leadership, safety, quality and productivity
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work individually and as a team
• Committed to working safe and getting the job done right the first time
