Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is hiring a Survey Draftsman for a small, established civil engineering and surveying firm in Pennsylvania. The role focuses on preparing boundary, topographic, ALTA, and subdivision survey plans and drafting with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

You will process field data, review deeds and easements, and collaborate with survey crews and engineers to produce accurate final plans.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of surveying drafting experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD or Civil 3D.
• Understanding of surveying principles, plans, deeds, and field notes.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Carlson or other survey software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare boundary, topographic, ALTA, subdivision, and existing-conditions survey plans.
• Draft survey drawings using AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D.
• Process field data and incorporate survey information into plan sets.
• Review deeds, plats, easements, and other property records.
• Work closely with survey field crews, surveyors, and civil engineers.
• Assist with revisions, quality control, and final plan preparation.
