Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. seeks a Survey Crew Chief to lead field crews in Atlanta, GA, directing survey operations with data collectors, robotic total stations, and GPS equipment.

You will coordinate with office staff and clients, ensure safety compliance, and maintain accurate timesheets and inspections. The role requires a minimum of three years' surveying experience, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three years’ surveying experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured.
• Willingness to travel as required for the role.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Utilize data collectors, robotic total stations and GPS equipment.
• Coordinate file transfers remotely on a daily basis.
• Lead crews on day-to-day operations.
• Ensure crew is properly equipped with personal protection equipment.
• Ensure crew follows company safety procedures.
• Coordinate with office staff and clients as required.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal survey regulations as well as Accura procedures.
• Monitor daily timesheets, reports, and vehicle inspections.
