Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Survey Crew Chief to join our growing North Jersey engineering firm in the Newark area.

This hands-on role leads field survey crews on boundary, topographic, ALTA, and construction layout surveys, ensuring accuracy and timely data collection across projects. You will operate GPS, robotic total stations, and other surveying equipment, coordinate with office staff and project managers, and bring 3+ years of field surveying experience with proven crew

Qualifications

• 3+ years of land surveying experience.
• Previous experience leading a survey crew.
• Knowledge of GPS, total stations, and data collection.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and survey field procedures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder required.
