Job summary

gpac LLC. is seeking a qualified candidate for a remote survey CAD role in Pennsylvania. You will develop survey plans and construction documents under the supervision of a Professional Land Surveyor, while maintaining CAD standards across projects.

The position requires 1–2 years of survey experience or an Associate degree in a CAD-related field, with strong communication and client service skills. Proficiency in MicroStation and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of progressive survey work experience or an Associate degree in a CAD-related field.
• Knowledge of topographic and boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, subdivisions, easements.
• MicroStation experience preferred.
• Exceptional client service skills as well as in a team environment.
• Self-starting, requiring minimal supervision once trained.
• General knowledge of MS Office.
• Good communication skills.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Full Remote Available - Must live in PA***
• Development of survey plans and construction documents working on complex CAD projects under the direction of a Professional Land Surveyor
• Work efficiently, multi-task and work in a deadline-driven environment
• Perform work in an accurate and timely manner
• Handle multiple assignments with competing priorities
• Maintain company CAD standards throughout the projects

Key Qualifications

• 1-2 years of progressive survey work experience or Associates Degree in CAD related field
• Working knowledge of topographic and boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, subdivisions, easement and vacation plats
• Microstation experience preferred
• Exceptional client service skills as well as in a team environment
• Self-starting, requiring minimal supervision once trained
