Job summary

Resource International, Inc. is seeking an experienced design professional to perform design and plan production for civil projects. The role requires proficiency in AutoCAD or MicroStation and an ability to produce accurate plans for right‑of‑way, boundary and topographic tasks.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience, DOT project exposure, and strong communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and take initiative in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years work experience using AutoCAD or MicroStation.
• Experience with Right of Way, Boundary and Topographic projects using Land Surveying Data.
• ODOT or other Departments of Transportation projects strongly preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• A quick learner who can take initiative and interact with a variety of people.
