Job summary

Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino Lake Tahoe in Stateline, NV seeks a Surveillance Supervisor to oversee the surveillance room operations and staff, ensuring compliance with state laws, internal controls, and company policies while delivering high-level guest service aligned with the K.E.E.P. brand values.

The role involves monitoring hotel and casino operations, reviewing video footage, generating incident reports, and training agents in game knowledge, system use, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical, problem solving, administrative, multi-tasking, organization and prioritization skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), fluent and articulate in English.
• Ability to work efficiently, independently and cohesively, producing quality results.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Knowledge of all table games.
• Knowledge of gaming minimum internal casino standards, local jurisdictional gaming laws and Nevada Revised Statutes.
• Must be able to obtain a Nevada Gaming Registration.
• Minimum age 21; gaming license required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for continually monitoring the hotel and casino operations to ensure adherence to regulations and policies.
• Review video footage as needed.
• Generate detailed written reports or follow-up reports on incidents on property.
• Perform job-related duties as directed by the Executive Director of Surveillance.
• Train agents in game knowledge, advantaged play, system use and report writing.
