Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Surveillance Security Supervisor in Houston, TX. The role emphasizes keen observation, reporting, and threat detection across security operation centers, call centers, and parking environments.

You will monitor systems, document incidents, respond to threats, and manage access control while coordinating with law enforcement when needed. Requirements include US work authorization, a high school diploma or GED, a Level 3 commissioned license, and

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• State Issued Level 3 Commissioned License
• Must have own equipment: Weapon with magazines/2 pairs handcuffs/Duty Belt/OC spray/Baton
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license with no restriction B and clean driving record
• Demonstrate a stable work history
• Have reliable transportation
• Able to climb stairs, walk, stand, and sit for long periods of time
• Computer Skills/ Social Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Data Entry)
• Must have served for at least 1 year in a reputable security firm in a similar capacity.
• Ability and willingness to work at odd hours and under pressure
• Preferred WinTeam experience but not required

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
