GardaWorld Security is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee. You will monitor security systems, report incidents, and respond to threats to keep people and property safe.

This part-time role offers day shifts with variable schedules, pay at $18.49 per hour, DailyPay available, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer matching, PTO, holidays, disability, and life insurance. Uniform provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity
• Document events and incidents, writing detailed reports

As a Security Officer – Surveillance, you will be the person spotting threats before they escalte in environments such as a security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, etc.

• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications of a Surveillance Security Officer

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
