GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer to monitor security systems and report incidents in Valley View, Ohio. The role focuses on detecting threats, documenting events, and rapid response to potential emergencies.

The position offers a full-time, 2nd shift schedule (Friday–Monday, 2 p.m.–10 p.m.) with competitive pay of $18.16 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, PTO, and life insurance. Uniforms are provided at no cost.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Able to pass extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual acuity and concentration
• Proficiency with technology
• Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity and threats
