GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer in Willard, OH. You will monitor multiple screens, detect threats, and respond to incidents with a focus on detail and situational awareness.

This full-time 3rd shift role (Friday and Saturday, 10 p.m. – 6 a.m.) offers $18.50 per hour, with DailyPay available, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth. Uniform is provided at no cost, and teamwork with local law enforcement may occur as needed.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
• Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
