GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Surveillance Security Officer in Pleasant Prairie, WI. The role focuses on monitoring security systems, detecting suspicious activity, and reporting incidents to protect people and property.

The position operates on a full-time, 2nd shift (12 p.m. – 8 p.m.) schedule with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, PTO, holidays, disability, and life insurance. Previous security or law enforcement experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in emergencies
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property
