GardaWorld Security Services in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Surveillance Security Officer to monitor screens, spot threats, and report incidents with precision. You will work full-time on the 2nd shift (3pm–11pm) on-site, with competitive pay of $18.04 per hour and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with matching, PTO and life insurance.

Uniforms are provided; prior security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus, and candidates must be 18+ with U.S.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Provide HS diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Strong report writing skills.
• Sharp visual activity and concentration.
• Proficient with technology.
• Security/Military/Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
• State license if required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
• Document events and incidents with detailed reports.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Conduct regular patrols for premises safety.
• Control access to secure areas and verify visitor identities.
