Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Surveillance Security Officer to monitor camera feeds, spot threats, and document incidents in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, and gatehouses.

Position based in Slippery Rock, PA with a set schedule Sat–Mon and Thu 7:00pm–3:00am. Competitive hourly wage of $20.00, plus comprehensive benefits and uniform provided.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual activity and concentration
• Strong proficiency with technology
• Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems and detect suspicious activity
• Document events and incidents with detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure premises safety
• Control access to secure areas and verify visitor identities
• Analyze systems for vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in emergencies

As a Security Officer – Surveillance, you will be the person spotting threats before they escape in environments such as a security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, etc.

• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications Of a Surveillance Security Guard
