GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Surveillance Security Manager in North Randall, Ohio. You will oversee security operations, monitor systems, and respond to emergencies to protect people and property.

This full-time, first-shift position offers an hourly wage of $25.94, with DailyPay available. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with employer matching, PTO and paid holidays, disability and life cover, and a uniform provided at no cost.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have a valid driver's license
• 21 years or older
• 3–5 years managing or supervising security officers
• High School Diploma or GED
• Able to pass extensive screening and background checks
• Strong report writing skills

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity
• Hire, train, and schedule security officers
• Inspect and audit property
• Work with Garda team managers and client managers
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure safety
• Control access to secure areas and verify identities
• Analyze security systems to identify vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in serious situations

Responsibilities of Surveillance Security Guard

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
• HIRE, TRAIN, AND SCHEDULE SECURITY OFFICERS
• INSPECT AND AUDIT PROPERTY
• WORK WITH GARDA TEAM MANAGERS AND CLIENT MANAGERS
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications of a Surveillance Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• YOU MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENCE
• YOU MUST BE 21 Y.0.A. OR OLDER
• 3-5 YEARS MANAGING OR SUPERVISING SECURITY OFFICERS
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
