Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Surveillance Security Officer in Plainfield, IN. You will monitor multiple screens, observe details, document incidents, and respond quickly to threats on the 3rd shift.

Qualifications

As a Security Officer – Surveillance, you will be the person spotting threats before they elevate in environments such as a security operations centres, call centres, parking gatehouses, etc.

• Set schedule: Full-time, Sunday through Thursday, 3rd Shift, 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.

• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications of a Surveillance Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• Valid Driver's License is required
