GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer in Cincinnati, OH. You will monitor security systems, observe details, and write detailed reports to help keep people and property safe.

This full-time role features set shifts including Saturday-Sunday 1st shift (7 a.m.–3 p.m.) and Wed-Thu 2nd shift (3 p.m.–11 p.m.), with a competitive hourly wage of $17.50. Uniform is provided, and a comprehensive benefits package is included.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must provide HS diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual observation and concentration
• Strong proficiency with technology
• Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents with detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure premises safety
• Control access to secure areas and verify visitor identities
• Analyze security systems for vulnerabilities or malfunctions

Qualifications Of a Surveillance Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
