Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Surveillance Security Ambassador in Hazelwood, MO. You will monitor security systems, identify threats, document incidents, and respond quickly to events to keep people and property safe.

The full-time 2nd shift runs Thursday through Sunday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, at a site with a competitive hourly wage of $19.38, DailyPay, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer matching, PTO, holidays, disability, life

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• HS diploma or GED
• Pass extensive screening
• Strong report writing skills
• Good eyesight and focus
• Strong proficiency with technology
• Security/Military/Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity
• Document events and incidents with detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure premises safety
• Control access to secure areas and verify visitor identities
• Analyze systems for vulnerabilities or malfunctions

As a Security Ambassador – Surveillance, you will be the person spotting threats before they upscale in environments such as a security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, etc.

Responsibilities of Surveillance Security Ambassador

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications Of a Surveillance Security Ambassador

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Good eyesight and excellent abilities to maintain focus
• Strong proficiency with technology
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
