GardaWorld Security is seeking a Surveillance Security Officer to monitor security systems, detect threats, and document events in Findlay, OH. The role operates on a full-time, 3rd shift schedule (Wed–Sun) with a competitive wage and comprehensive benefits.

The officer will perform patrols, verify identities, and coordinate with law enforcement when needed, ensuring safety for people and property while supporting GardaWorld’s trusted security services.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong report writing skills.
• Able to pass an extensive screening process.
• Sharp visual activity and concentration.
• Proficient with technology.
• Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
• State license if required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.

As a Security Officer – Surveillance, you will be the person spotting threats before they escape in environments such as a security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, etc.

• Set schedule: Full-time, Wednesday through Sunday, 3rd Shift, 11 p.m.to 7 a.m.

Qualifications of a Surveillance Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
